Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of the business world, we forget to step into the shoes of our customers and prospects. We get wrapped up in our business identities, brands, features, etc.
We focus inward instead of focusing on how a person thinks:
- Do they need or want?
- How they perceive your solutions?
- Is this right time for them to make that decision?
- Could they really benefit?
- Could they afford to benefit?
- Do they like the ways to response/redeem?
- etc!!!
